Our services

Every engagement DENAT Group has is highly personal to us. We begin every new partnership by getting to know the organisation we’re working with, their values and vision for a reconciled Australia. We’re committed to supporting your team on this journey, by providing you with the guidance and confidence to engage with First Nations peoples with integrity and cultural sensitivity.

We provide bespoke support to businesses through a range of activities.

Custom artwork

An accomplished artist in her own right, Natalie also works with a network of talented artists and collaborates on commissioned and procured pieces, ensuring artworks are ethically sourced and artists are rightfully recognised.

Natalie can create both traditional hand painting and digital Aboriginal artwork. DENAT Group can also organise a high-resolution scan of any traditional hand paintings to be used in business collateral and Reconciliation Action Plans.

Cultural awareness, confidence and responsiveness training

Our cultural learning programs are tailored for each individual business and are designed to provide your team with the confidence to engage respectfully with First Nations peoples. We embody a “knowing, being and doing” approach to learning, and believe face-to-face cultural competency training for all employees is a crucial first step in building an inclusive and respectful business culture. Understanding the impact and history of colonisation; the diversity of First Nations cultures, histories and perspectives; and the importance of cultural protocols is foundational in building strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Reconciliation Action Plan: consulting and implementation

Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) provide businesses with a framework to enable them to take meaningful, strategic action to advance reconciliation.

We will work closely with your team and to provide guidance on the development and implementation of your Reconciliation Action Plan. We’re here to support you through each step of your reconciliation journey guiding and supporting your RAP Working Group.

We can also assist with the artwork, design and submission of your RAP.

Retained advisory services and activities

For those businesses who are looking for an integrated approach to implementing their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), we also offer tailored retainer services. Tailored to each individual business, for a monthly fee we can work out an annual plan of advisory services and activities including; advising on your RAP initiatives, cultural competency training, connecting you with Frist Nations groups and communities, NAIDOC week celebrations, Aboriginal art classes for staff team building and more. Contact us to discuss your businesses’ specific needs.
